Overcoming Tricky Access

One of the challenges on this project was the height and tricky access around the home. Thankfully, Geelong Access Hire came to the rescue, supplying us with an all-terrain EWP (elevated work platform) that allowed us to safely and efficiently reach every surface of this impressive property.

Colour Scheme & Paint Selection

After careful consultation with our client, we developed a timeless colour palette that perfectly complemented the architecture:

• Render & garage roller door – Colorbond Paperbark 200% strength

• Render mouldings – Colorbond Paperbark regular strength

• Balustrades – Finished with Norglass Premium Etch Primer and top-coated in Dulux Metalshield UV Resistant Black, achieving a sleek, brushed-gloss look

To ensure durability and long-lasting protection, we used Dulux Weathershield Premium Low Sheen, requiring a massive 400 litres of paint to complete this extensive property.

The Results

The finished result is a home that truly makes a statement. The fresh render restoration has completely revived the exterior, while the contrasting balustrades add a modern, elegant touch.
